Why Juicing matters to me?

 

Living a healthier lifestyle did not come easy for me. Like most of you I prefer to miraculously live healthy with minimum input, well that’s not how things go.  Several years ago I experienced a health issue that forever changed the way I see health, fitness, and food.  In meeting with doctors and having them prescribe me medicines that would leave me feeling worse, I started listening to my body and went back to those “tried and true” ways.  I created a plan for myself, and began incorporating exercise into my daily routine.  

 

To stay active my hubby and I purchased bikes, started attending boot camps, and holding ourselves accountable.  Next we focused our energy on healthy eating. Through choosing better options I was able to find foods that would help with inflammation, clear up my skin, and support my vision of living a healthier life.  

 

So what brought me to juicing? Originally I started juicing for weight loss and fell in love with the results.  Through juicing I began to see and feel the health benefits of cleansing my body of waste, getting rid of bloating, and nourishing my body with a bunch of nutrients.

 

Regardless of what brings you to pursuing a healthier lifestyle, I believe fitness and nutrition will help you reach your goals.
